She listened to everything we wanted, and was able to think outside the box to incorporate some really excellent design touches that met our goal of restoration as much as remodel. We're building now, but so far, Desia has been very responsive to any questions that arise. The plans are easy to follow, and the 3D renderings and her wanting to meet to make final revisions in real time (and in 3D so we could visualize them) have made for a very positive and low-stress experience.
